That = que (para pessoas, animais e coisas)

Which = que, o qual, os quais, as quais (coisas e animais)

Who/Whom = que, quem (pessoas)

Whose = cujo/a, cujos/as (relativo à posse, usado para pessoas e animais)

He is the man that I like.

This is the dog that I want.

This is the taxi which I take to go home.

There is a man at the office who wants to see you.

That is the boy whose mother I know.
